International delivery is made by International Express Mail Service (EMS) (for dispatching to countries not covered by EMS services, please contact us), and will be shipped with supplementary insurance; however, shipping and insurance methods are also optional and can be handled on a case-by-case circumstance according to the wishes of the customer. EMS shipping rates are weight-based.
Japanese domestic shipments are made by various delivery services according to each shipment. Orders totalling JPY 20,000 or less will be charged a JPY 800 shipping fee. Orders over that amount will be shipped free of charge.
For any special shipping arrangements other than EMS as specified in the online-store, please place your order directly with the customer service department.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of firm orders will be processed according to the following service charge refund schedule:
Within 7 days of reciept of order: 85 percent of billed amount.
Eight days to 14 days after receipt of order: 65 percent of billed amount.
Fifteen days after receipt of order: 50 percent of billed amount.

Refunds can be made in the form of a credit to the customer's credit card account, or as a in-store credit that may be applied to future purchases.
Return Policy - Simple Return:
Items may be returned under the condition that they are unused and are in like-new condition, including tags and packaging. A 50 percent restocking charge will be applied, and refund of balance can be made in the form of a credit to the customer's credit card account, or as a in-store credit that may be applied to future purchases.
Return freight charges are for the account of the customer.

Items may be returned for replacement, in cases where a different size or color may be desired. Items may be returned under the condition that they are unused and are in like-new condition, including tags and packaging.
Return freight charges, and charges for delivery of replacement goods are for the account of the customer, and will be made as an additional charge.
