The Kyoto Shoryudoh is one of most, if not the most, famous doh makers in Japan. They are most famous for the fine finish lacquer applied to their doh and the meticulous finish. 

Some of their doh are used for purely decorative and ceremonial items. However, Japanese lacquer being quite durable, these do are favored by high-level kenshi throughout Japan for their combination of beauty and long lasting quality.

Doh require six to ten weeks to produce.
